The staff were super friendly and accommodating. the room had an attached balcony. - the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the reception area. - Simple and delicious dishes were served at the indoor restaurant. - the service provided was attentive.

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a very very nice area, next to Johor Bahru, and the beautiful green golf course. The room I booked was decent sized and beautifully maintained, complete with comfortable bed, Wi-Fi and four bedrooms. The breakfast was sumptuous: fresh bread and cereal were outstanding!

Absolutely great and incredibly friendly hotel with delightfully helpful staff at the reception. the location was convenient and peaceful, next to a golf club. - We had slices of fresh bread and cereals for breakfast, it was good.

Room Balcony no lights. Walk way from lift to room was very dimmed. Its dangerous & scary. Driveway into the resort - no lights at all. Hope lightings around the room & facilities can be improved for safety reason.

This place was great! Our room was a good size, and we really liked it. the breakfast was yummy, with plenty of fresh bread slices and cereal 🥐. the location in a quiet area was absolutely beautiful.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi are great for kids. The gym is very well maintained. Hotel staff are very friendly and we were transported by Buggy or Van to the Sports Centre which came very helpful when it rained.

The hotel has very little to offer for food, although it has many restaurants, they sell more or less the same type of food. My daughter and I had food poisoning on the third day of our stay but we are not sure which restaurant it was. Night activities are lacking, the Karaoke is meant for adults only and families can't go for it.

I was there for 4 nights and would definitely return here. It was a real good time staying at this great hotel. - In general the service was excellent. - the location unable to push the trolley was best possible and strategic.

Take longer time to check in as d counter staff unable to locate my order confirmation. He claimed No room available for me. Hes not familiar wif d credit card machine. When we get d room, der is No fridge (I believed it was remove before). Very disappointed.... Dat will be my first n d last visit to this hotel.

The location was comfortable and convenient for exploring the surrounding area, with lush greenery and attractions like Legoland nearby. We greatly enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast with a variety of options.

Service was poor. There were no Towels in the on checking in and it takes 1 hour to supply them after calling Housekeeping on the phone. On top of that they only supplied bath towels, no face towels. Having come back after a long and tired day, both our two rooms could not open and had to go to reception to change the card key combination.
